Risk Intelligence

The Cost of Waiting

Delaying risk action doesn't save money — it multiplies exposure.

NONPROFITS: Financial Instability Risk
40% operate with less than 2 months of cash reserves

Over 40% experience financial losses over a 3-year period

CHURCHES: Governance & Financial Oversight Risk
Fewer than 30% of organizations are financially strong

Lack of oversight increases exposure to misuse and legal disputes

HIGHER EDUCATION: Operational & Enrollment Risk
Enrollment and funding instability are top threats to sustainability

Disruptions in accreditation or financial aid can halt operations and create compounding institutional strain

The Risk You Don't See
Up to 85% of effort is wasted due to poor risk identification

When risks go unidentified, resources are misallocated and teams burn out solving the wrong problems

2.7x
More in penalties, disruption & recovery

Organizations that delay risk action pay up to 2.7 times more in penalties, disruption, and recovery costs.
